Overview

Procurement of refresher training for Tractor Loader Backhoe (TLB) and Front-End Loader Operators. Cederberg Municipality seeks quotes from training providers to deliver an outcomes-based programme, with pre-assessments, accredited facilitators, monthly learner reports, and certification. Requirements

• Accreditation/Experience: proof of accreditation/registration with a QA body (SETA/QCTO); facilitator CV; reference letters; methodology; ability to tailor; SAQA IDs 262727 & 262747.
• BBBEE and Locality: SANAS-verified B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs; complete BBBEE/Locality declarations to earn preference points.
• Locality: provide evidence to claim locality points (Cederberg: 10; West Coast: 5; Western Cape: 2; outside WC: 0).
• Registrations/Compliance: valid Tax Compliance PIN or SARS tax clearance; CSD registration; comply with official forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD9, MBD7.1, etc.).
• Training Programme & Evidence: demonstrated methodology, similar projects (reference letters), and ability to deliver materials, equipment, venue, and assessment/reporting; SAQA-linked unit standards.
• Functionality: minimum functionality score of 20 out of 35.
