Overview

Provision of training on working in confined spaces on a construction site. Cederberg Municipality invites quotes from training service providers to deliver a structured, outcomes-based course (approx. 5 days) for two groups of 20 learners, including pre-assessments, qualified facilitators, monthly progress reports, and certification. The programme is SAQA ID 15034 aligned, with English as the preferred language and open to customization for local needs in the West Coast/Western Cape area. Providers must hold relevant accreditation (SETA or QCTO) and comply with GCC/SCC conditions.

Requirements

• Accreditation/registration with a QA body (SETA or QCTO) and facilitator CVs demonstrating relevant experience.
• Evidence of similar training engagements (reference letters) and ability to deliver in English; two official WC languages preferred.
• Compliance materials: Tax Compliance PIN or SARS Tax Clearance, CSD registration, and MBD documentation (MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 9) submitted with the quotation.
• Learning programme must include pre-assessments, on-site facilitation, monthly learner progress reports, exit outcomes, and NLRD registration where applicable; provide required course materials and PPE as specified; duration ≈5 days at the municipality premises.
• Locality considerations: ability to operate within Cederberg/West Coast Western Cape; provide evidence for locality points if claimed.
• Pricing must cover two groups of 20 learners, with a single integrated pricing schedule; include all training-related costs.
