Requirements

• Accreditation/registration with a QA body (SETA/QCTO) and facilitator CVs; evidence of relevant experience; reference letters; methodology; ability to tailor to mixed learner levels; bilingual facilitation (two Western Cape official languages); monthly reports and learner progress data.
• Compliance: tax matters (TCS PIN or SARS VAT), CSD registration, and complete MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD9) with declarations; GCC/SCC adherence; no service-of-the-state participation.
• BBEE: valid SANAS/SANAS-verified certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs; locality and preference rules apply (80/20 system; Locality points; B-BBEE points).
• Program details: course “Building structural design” (NQF 5, SAQA ID 23683), approx. 12 months, online via Teams, with pre/post assessments, integrated/portfolio assessments, and certification; ability to provide learning materials, equipment, PPE as needed.
