Overview

Q16/2026-2027: PROVISION OF BASIC COMPUTER TRAINING FOR CEDERBERG MUNICIPALITY OFFICIALS seeks a training provider to deliver an outcomes-based, 3-day course “Apply basic computer technology” (SAQA ID 113836) for Cederberg Municipality officials. Bidders should have accreditation/registration with a quality assurance body (SETA/QCTO), experienced facilitators, capacity to customize to municipal needs, and the ability to report monthly on learner progress. Training will be conducted at the municipality premises in English.

Requirements

• Compulsory registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and active status.
• SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN) or proof; provide TCS with bid where applicable.
• Submit all required MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD9) and pricing schedules.
• B-BBEE: provide SANAS-verifiable certificate or sworn affidavit; claim points accordingly.
• Functional criteria: minimum 20/35 to proceed to price evaluation; details include profile, accreditation/registration, and references.
• Pricing: prices must be on official forms, VAT inclusive, and valid for at least 60 days; delivery/payments align to GCC/SCC.
