Overview

Hiring of mobile chemical flush toilets for the period 11 December 2026 until 08 January 2027. Open tender by Cederberg Municipality for six mobile toilets, including daily cleaning and transport, delivered to Ou Kaapse Weg, Clanwilliam Resort. Budget: over R30 000 up to R300 000 (VAT inclusive).

Requirements

• Compulsory registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status or PIN; VAT status where applicable.
• Complete and submit all pages of the quotation document, including MBD forms (e.g., MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD9) as required.
• Prices must be firm, VAT inclusive, and valid for 60 days.
• B-BBEE: submit SANAS-verified certificate or sworn affidavit; to claim preference points. Locality evidence to claim locality points.
• Compliance with GCC/SCC and all official bidding documents; no late or faxed submissions.
