Overview

This tender is for the supply and delivery of clothing and PPE to the Disaster Management Department. Requirements

How to Apply

• Documents obtainable from the Supply Chain Management Unit, 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam (see attached document for specifics).
• Submission: seal quotes in an envelope clearly marked with the reference and title, deposited in the bid box at the Clanwilliam address by the stated closing time (15 September 2026, 12:00; document notes this timing; metadata lists 10:00).
• Closing and validity: quotes must remain valid for 60 days; pricing must be valid for at least 60 days.
• Evaluation: based on 80/20 preference points (price vs. BBBEE). Follow GCC/SCC and the 2022 Preferential Procurement Regulations.
• Documents to submit: official forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD9), pricing schedule, and related disclosures (Declaration of Interest, etc.).
• Invoices should be sent to the municipality’s designated email addresses post-delivery.
