Overview

Supply and delivery of end-user computer devices (12 x 14-inch laptops) to Cederberg Municipality. Requirements

• 12 x 14-inch Intel 100U-based laptops with the specified ProBook/equivalent specifications and a 1-year carry-in warranty.
• VAT-inclusive pricing and prices valid for 60 days from offer date.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and SARS Tax Compliance PIN; submit relevant MBD forms (4, 9) and other required documents.
• Compliance with GCC/SCC, BID documentation, and official pricing/quotation forms (no corrections with Tippex; black ink).
• No bids from persons in the service of the state; BBBEE status verification required for preference points.
• Delivery within 7 days of purchase order to Clanwilliam; invoice submission to specified emails.
