Overview

Supply and delivery of stationery and office equipment to Cederberg Municipality. Open tender for suppliers of stationery and related office items who can deliver to Clanwilliam. Requirements

• Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and keep active.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance PIN or proof; if no TCS, provide CSD number.
• Submit all required forms on official documents (not re-typed): MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8, MBD9, plus the Pricing Schedule.
• For BBBEE, submit a BBBEE status verification certificate (SANAS) or sworn affidavit (MBD 6.1); failure to do so loses preference points.
• Bids must be valid for 60 days; prices must be firm and VAT inclusive; corrections must be in black ink; late or faxed bids not considered.
• Delivery period: within 7 calendar days of official purchase order.
• Invoices to specified municipal emails; payment within 30 days of invoice.
• Performance security may be required; contract governed by GCC/SCC; penalties for delays; non-performance may lead to termination or restricted state business.
• No bids from persons in the state service.
