QCTO SEEKS TO APPOINT A SERVICE PROVIDER TO SUPPLY AND MAINTAIN COFFEE/TEA MACHINES & SERVICES FOR A CONTRACT DURATION OF 24 MONTHSClosed

Overview

Provision of supply and maintenance of coffee/tea machines and related services for a 24-month contract. The bid is open to providers with strong food & beverage experience, ability to supply COA/food safety credentials, and capacity to meet site-visit and briefing requirements. A compulsory site visit and mandatory briefing are scheduled, with final submission by 08 September 2026.

Requirements

• Supply, install and maintain 2 machines: 1 bean coffee machine for 20 people and 1 instant coffee machine for 100 people; provide all consumables.
• Maintain a calendar of weekly preventive maintenance; provide emergency repairs; respond to breakdowns within defined periods; keep servicing records.
• Service level: equipment uptime of at least 95%; replace faulty units if repairs exceed agreed timeframes.
• Stock management and on-time delivery of consumables; proactive replenishment.
• Compliance: legally registered; OH&S and food safety standards; COA or related certificate; proof of insurance.
• Experience: minimum 3 years in food & beverage; provide three references.
• Documentation: complete SBD 6.1 and SBD 4; BBBEE or sworn affidavit; recent CSD; bank confirmation letter.
• Site briefing and visit are compulsory (see documents).
