Overview

Supply and delivery of network switches to Dawid Kruiper Municipality, including 10 x Networking Instant On Switch Series 1930 24-port PoE GbE Smart Managed with 4 x SFP+ Ports JL683B. Open tender for IT hardware suppliers with capability to provide new, unrefurbished equipment meeting the specifications.

Requirements

• CSD registration with proof (National Treasury Central Supplier Database).
• Tax compliance: provide Tax Compliance Status (TCS) or SARS PIN; foreign suppliers must complete Part B and may submit a TCS certificate; each party in a consortium must have its own TCS/PIN/CSD.
• Complete and submit required bid forms: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8, MBD9.
• Attach official technical datasheets proving item compliance.
• Up-to-date municipal account not older than 3 months and not in arrears > 90 days; if not owner, lease or sworn affidavit.
• Pricing: all prices in ZAR, VAT inclusive, delivery-inclusive, valid for 90 days; no price variation except as allowed.
• Preferential points: evidence to claim locality points (within Dawid Kruiper, Northern Cape, RSA).
• Bids must be sealed; no fax or email submissions; original signed documents only.
• Delivery address: Dawid Kruiper Municipality, Mutual Street, Upington, Northern Cape; delivery must be complete as specified.
