Requirements

• Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration with proof.
• Tax Compliance Status (TCS) or SARS PIN; foreign bidders must complete Part B:3; joint ventures require separate TCS/CSD numbers.
• Complete official bidding documents: MBD 1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 7.1, MBD 8, MBD 9; attach compulsory documents: chemical name, method of transport (Hazardous/Safety Card), and product data sheets.
• Delivery to Dawid Kruiper Stores, 1-3 Vooruit Street, Upington 8800; first delivery within two weeks after order date; bidder must provide crane service for off-loading; return of empty cylinders at bidder’s cost.
• Prices must be firm, VAT-inclusive, and valid for at least 90 days; price and preference scoring per 80/20 or 90/10; local preference evidence may be required.
• Compliance with GCC/SCC, insurance, warranty, delivery, and potential penalties for non-performance.
