Overview

The Dawid Kruiper Municipality invites bids to supply and deliver Devils Fork fencing material to the DKM Traffic Department. The supplier should be a metal fabrication/hardware provider capable of delivering the listed fencing components (104 Devils Fork panels 3m x 1.8m, 104 square tubing posts, 4 sliding gates, 2 gates, hinges, Ultra Lock items) to Upington, Northern Cape, under the GCC and PPPFA conditions.

Requirements

• CSD registration and Tax Compliance Status or PIN; completion of required MBD forms; proof of TCS/PIN (and/or CSD number).
• Completion and submission of the specified bid documents: MBD 1, 4, 6.1, 7.1, 8, 9 and the pricing schedules; prices must be VAT-inclusive and delivery-inclusive.
• Local content/specific goals; proof as required (municipal account not older than 3 months or lease; sworn affidavit if no account) to claim preferential points.
• Compliance with the General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and subdivision E of the tender documents; suitability for delivery to Dawid Kruiper Municipality, Upington.

• Deadline: 23 October 2026 at 12:00. Sealed bids must be clearly marked with QN081/2026 and placed in the Dawid Kruiper Municipal tender box (Civic Centre, Mutual Street, Upington) before closing time; late bids will not be considered. Fax or email submissions are not accepted.
• Submission method: Original signed documents; deposits must be in the tender box.
