QN088/2026: APPOINTMENT OF A CONTRACTOR FOR THE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF CEILINGS, ROOF REPAIRS AND ROOF REPLACEMENT AT THE TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT

Appointment of a contractor to remove and replace ceilings, undertake roof repairs and roof replacement at the Traffic Department (Dawid Kruiper Municipality). The scope covers removal/replacement of ceilings in two offices, roof repairs/replacement across multiple roof sections, installation of new IBR roof sheeting, timber roof structure works, joint finishing, painting, site protection and final cleaning. Bidders must have CIDB grading 1 GB (only 1 GB accepted; 2 GB or higher not accepted), be registered on the National Treasury Central Suppliers Database (CSD), and meet tax compliance (TCS). Compulsory docs include CIDB grade proof, CSD registration, up-to-date municipal account, and completion of forms MBD 1/MBD 4/MBD 6.1/MBD 7.1/MBD 8/MBD 9.
