QUANTITY SURVEYOR SERVICES - CAPE TOWN

Appoint a qualified Quantity Surveyor to provide reinstatement planning, BoQ, cost estimation and contract support for SAMSA's Cape Town offices at 2 Long Street (18th, 19th and 22nd floors). Bidders should be professional quantity surveying firms/individuals registered with SACQSP, with a Western Cape office and capacity for on-site support throughout the project. The contract covers inspection, condition assessment, scope of works and BoQ development, cost estimate, and certification for handover. Mandatory briefing sessions are indicated (26 Oct 2026); attendance is required unless a prior briefing on 2 Oct 2026 was attended. Documents and pricing are to be submitted per Annexure A/B, with pricing inclusive of VAT and a 60-day validity, and questions directed to Prince Kotu.
