QUOTATION FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A SUITABLE SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE VERIFICATION OF QUALIFICATIONS (AS AND WHEN REQUIRED) FOR A PERIOD OF 24 MONTHS AS PER SPECIFICATION TO THE EASTERN CAPE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS & INFRASTRUCTURE

Overview

Quotation for the appointment of a suitable service provider to verify qualifications (as and when required) for 24 months for the Eastern Cape Department of Public Works & Infrastructure. The contract covers verification of matric (pre/post-1992), tertiary qualifications, and criminal checks, to be done on an as-needed basis. Bidders must be SA-based, CSD-registered, tax compliant, and meet SDP requirements.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database prior to award; tax compliant; provide SARS PIN or CSD number if no TCS.
• Complete and submit required forms: SBD1 (Parts A & B), SBD3.1 Pricing Schedule, SBD4, Annexure A (Resolution to Sign), and SBD6.1 for PPPFA points.
• Pricing must be firm; bid validity 60 days; comply with GCC and PPPFA rules; two-stage evaluation (administrative compliance, then PPPFA scoring).
• May be subjected to supplier due diligence; presentations may be requested; no escalation beyond bid period unless stated.
