Procurement of a service provider to render ARPL assessment, pre-trade and trade tests in Diesel Mechanical Engineering for four APTCoD learners, per EC DPW&I specification. • Locality and goals: can claim PPPFA points for locality (Buffalo City Metro – 6 points) and other specific goals (HDI, disability, etc.) with requisite proof (SBD6.1).
