Overview

The Eastern Cape Department of Public Works & Infrastructure seeks a Training Provider to conduct five days of social facilitation training for twenty officials. Bids are open to providers with SAQA/QCTO accreditation or SETA affiliation and at least two years’ facilitation experience, with delivered training plans, materials, and certified trainers. Venue: King Williams Town; two-phase evaluation (administrative then PPPFA 80/20); venue and travel costs accommodated in the price.

Requirements

• Minimum two years relevant facilitation/training experience; provide client reference letters.
• Accreditation: SAQA or QCTO or SETA proof; include CVs and certificates for trainers.
• Trainer: at least 2 years facilitation experience; provide CV and facilitator/assessor/moderator certificates.
• Deliverables: training plans/materials, attendance registers, photos, and a post-training report with learner certificates.
• Logistics: venue procurement in King Williams Town; submission of training plans, equipment, manuals; include traveling costs.
