Overview

This tender seeks the appointment of a training provider to conduct Occupational Health and Safety training for sixteen OHS functionaries for the Eastern Cape Department of Public Works and Infrastructure. • Venue: training to be held for two days at Joe Gqabi (Aliwal North); provider to procure the venue.
• Administrative/compliance: bids must be on official forms (SBD1/SBD4/SBD3.1/SBD6.1); CSD and tax compliance requirements; multi-party involvement requires separate TCS/CSD where applicable.
• Evaluation: two-phase process (Administrative Compliance; PPPFA 80/20 with Specific Goals 20); highest points scorer may be awarded.
