Overview

This quotation procures the supply, delivery and offloading of disaster relief items to the City of Tshwane Emergency Services Department for up to 12 months. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a valid CSD number, capable of delivering within the City of Tshwane, provide off-loading labor/equipment, and respond via the online e-tender portal (not via tender box). Deliverables cover six disaster-relief items, with per-item awarding and a central storeroom for monitoring.

Requirements

• Must be registered on CSD with valid CSD number; tax status compliant.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN/TCS) or CSD number; where applicable for JV/consortia, provide for each party.
• Returnable documents: Company Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance or PIN, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, Rates and Taxes, CSD summary report.
• Complete and sign MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD5, MBD8 and MBD9); if applicable, delegation of authority.
• Audited financial statements for the most recent 3 years (or proof of exemption if not required); JV documents if bidding as a JV.
• Provide full technical details; attach manufacturer brochures for each item offered.
• Attendance at compulsory briefing (if applicable); pricing schedule must cover all items without correction fluid.

• Submission via the City’s online e-tender portal; no bids via tender box. Closing time is 10:00 on 12 October 2026 (documented in the quotations; metadata lists 08:00, please verify on the portal). Bids remain valid for 90 days after closing.
