Overview

Rates-based panel contract for maintenance repairs to roads and stormwater infrastructure to be used as-and-when-required for a period of 36 months (CIDB Grades 4CE, 5CE and 6CE). Suitable for civil contractors with CIDB CE endorsements at grades 4–6, and experience in roadworks, drainage and stormwater maintenance. Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading designation 4CE, 5CE and 6CE (or higher).
• Must be registered on the eThekwini Supplier Portal and on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Tax Compliance Status PINs valid at tender closing; BBBEE status as required; CIDB verification via CSD.
• Audited financial statements if tender value exceeds R10 million.
• No undisputed municipal rates/taxes arrears (or formal arrangement in place).
• Returnable forms and contract documentation as specified (e.g., Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire, Joint Venture agreements if applicable, MBD forms).
