Overview

RE-ADVERT: APPOINTMENT OF A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION FOR RENDERING BANKING SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF 60 MONTHS. This is an open-tender for a banking services contract; bidders must be capable financial institutions with the capacity to provide comprehensive banking services over 60 months.

Requirements

• Bidders must have the necessary skills, experience and capacity to perform the work.
• Functionality: minimum score of 70 points to proceed to price/preference evaluation.
• Preference: 80 points for price, 20 for specific goals under the applicable policy framework.
• Disqualifications include in-service state personnel and certain conflicts (as defined in the tender conditions).
• Annexure A must be attached; compulsory documents include:
  • Copy of company CK registration (compulsory)
  • Copy/printed Tax compliance status PIN (non-compulsory)
  • Copy of current municipal account or lease and landlord’s municipal rates (compulsory)
  • Joint Venture agreement (compulsory if applicable)
  • Audited annual financial statements (past 3 years, compulsory)
  • Certified copy of Professional Indemnity Insurance (compulsory)
  • Bank Act registration certificate (compulsory)
  • Financial Sector Conduct Authority registration as Financial Service Provider (compulsory)
  • All forms completed in full (compulsory)
  • CSD summary (non-compulsory)
  • JV registration on CSD (if applicable)
