APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF UP TO 4 SERVICE PROVIDERS TO PROVIDE FOOD DURING STANDBY DUTIES AROUND MP313 FOR 36 MONTHS. Tender by Steve Tshwete Local Municipality for catering/food service during standby shifts. Suitable bidders: catering/service providers with food service capability and compliance with CSD and integrity checks.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and comply with general tender conditions (not in state service; not an advisor/consultant contracted to the municipality).
• Annexure A: compulsory documents include copies of company registration, JV agreements (if any), proof of food premises certificate, and fully completed forms; JV parties must be CSD-registered.
• Compulsory documents: current municipal account (or lease), tax compliance status (non-compulsory), full CSD report (non-compulsory).
• Other conditions: bidder not in arrears with municipal accounts for the past 3 months; required to meet food premises certification and other integrity checks.
