Requirements

• Deliverables including: individual confidential reports, organizational aggregated report, and presentation of findings; and development/coaching support.
• Ethics, confidentiality and data protection compliance; explicit data-management plan.
• Dedicated project team and reference letters from prior clients.
• Compliance documents: valid SARS Tax Clearance (PIN or printed certificate) and CSD registration; B-BBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE); CK/Certificate of Incorporation; SBD4 and SBD6.1 completed; service providers must be registered on CSD prior to submission.
