Overview

Procurement of build professional services (civil engineering and quantity surveying) to assess and cost the resurfacing of parking areas at Gelvandale and Kwamaxak i Shopping Centres, for KHULA Business Premises (Pty) Ltd (KBP), a subsidiary of SEDFA. Bidder should be a built-environment professional with civil engineering and quantity surveying capabilities, able to produce BoQ, tender documents, and on-site coordination; registrations and local Eastern Cape base are required. Requirements

• Valid professional registrations: Structural Engineer to provide proof to ECSA (Pr. Eng/Pr. Tech); Quantity Surveyor to provide SACQSP registration. (RFQ-KBP-188 BUILD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.pdf)
