Procurement of a service provider to digitalise Agrément South Africa’s Certification System at Hatfield for 36 months, including a secure, central digital certificate platform with QR-verifiable certificates and website integration. Suitable bidders are experienced providers of digital certificate systems, web-based verification, cybersecurity, and system integration; ability to deliver 36 months of support and maintain governance via an SLA. Requirements

• Registration on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provision of CSD report.
• Completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents: SBD 4 and SBD 6.1, plus signed General Conditions of Contract.
• Completed price schedule; comply with POPIA and tax compliance requirements.
• Mandatory briefing session attendance; non-attendance leads to automatic disqualification.
• At least three positive written reference letters for digitalisation projects in public/private sectors.
• Evidence to claim specific goal points (SMMEs, >50% Black female ownership, >50% Black youth ownership) via CSD/ownership documents.
• IP rights transfer: ASA owns rights to produced work; confidentiality and related terms apply.
