Overview

Provision of Cluster 1 security services for Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality for a period of three years. Open to security service providers with relevant municipal security experience, capable of delivering cluster 1 security duties, and able to meet the mandatory briefing and submission deadlines under PPPFA 80/20, BBBEE 10, and Specific Goals 10.

Requirements

• Mandatory briefing session: 11 September 2026, 10:00, Budget & Treasury Office, 25-27 Owen Street, Komani/Queenstown (5320). Attendance is mandatory.
• Submission closing: 7 October 2026, 12:00. Bids must be deposited in the bid box at Budget and Treasury, 25-27 Owen Street; late bids not accepted. (Briefing cut-off time 10h15 noted in conditions.)
• Bid documents: available from 08 September 2026, 08:00–16:00, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of R300. Payment can be cash or EFT to the municipality (bank details provided in the tender).
• Evaluation framework: PPPFA 80/20; BBBEE 10 points; Specific Goals 10 points; bid validity 120 days.

How to Apply

• Obtain bid documents from Budget and Treasury offices, No. 25-27 Owen Street, Queenstown (08 Sept 2026 onward), by paying the R300 fee (cash or EFT to Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality; bank details in the tender).
• Complete and submit the bid documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Bid SCM12/08/2026 and Project Name; place in the bid box at Budget & Treasury no later than 12:00 on 07 Oct 2026.
• Attend the mandatory briefing on 11 Sep 2026 at 10:00 at the Budget & Treasury offices (25-27 Owen Street, Komani/Queenstown).
