Overview

Procurement of screw-top amber glass vials (15 mL and 22 mL) with Melamine caps and PTFE liners, 100-per-pack, for NMISA. Suitable bidders are suppliers of laboratory glassware and packaging able to provide 100-per-pack units and respond via the NMISA process (SBD forms, BBBEE compliance, PFMA context).

Requirements

• Quotation must be firm and valid for at least 30 days.
• Clearly indicate delivery period.
• Complete all SBD forms; non-completion constitutes non-compliance.
• For pricing above R2,000.00, attach BBBEE certificate (or sworn affidavit) as required.
• Submit quotations to scm5@nmisa.org by the specified deadline.
• The response must reach NMISA no later than 08 October 2026 at 16:00.
• Documentation includes SBD4 Bidder’s Disclosure and SBD6.1 BBBEE Preference claim (as per NMISA SCM policy).
