Overview

OHS training for 16 EPWP employees is being procured to provide occupational health and safety training for EPWP workers. Bidders should be qualified training providers registered to deliver this training (SAQA US ID 259639) and able to comply with Dikgatlong’s procurement rules, including Central Supplier Database registration and 80/20 locality/HDI preference.

Requirements

• Must be registered to provide OHS training (SAQA US ID 259639).
• Tax clearance certificate or tax pin; no undisputed municipal arrears; if lessee, lease with landlord’s municipal account or rural-area tribal authority letter.
• MBD 4, 6.1, 8 and 9 completed and submitted with quotation.
• Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Data Base (CSD).
• Quote must show municipality address and VAT number (4450111283).
• Tender evaluated on 80/20: price (80) and specific goals (Locality and HDI) with points as described (HDI ownership, locality within Dikgatlong, etc.).
• Payment on completion only; no partial payments.
• Non-compliance or incomplete documentation leads to disqualification; municipality may accept part of bid.
• Training must meet SAQA US ID 259639 and be delivered as specified in the quotes (see attached documents).

• Submission deadline: 08 October 2026 at 10:00 (RFQ03/2026/27).
• Submission method: Quotations in a sealed envelope deposited in the tender box at Reception Area, Dikgatlong Local Municipality, 33 Campbell Street, Barkly West 8375 (see attached RFQ documents).
• Documents to submit: Tax clearance certificate or pin; no-overdue municipal commitments certificate; MBD 4, 6.1, 8, 9; CSD registration; ensure quote includes municipality address and VAT number; payment terms on completion.
• Pre-qualifications: Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
