Overview

Supply and delivery of office furniture to Siyancuma Local Municipality. Open tender inviting bids from suppliers meeting municipal SCM requirements to supply and deliver office furniture, with adherence to GCC, PPPFA and related regulations; bidders should have capability in furniture sourcing, delivery and installation and be able to complete the required bid documentation.

Requirements

• Submit bids on official bid documents and comply with GCC, PPPFA and related regulations.
• Provide original Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT registration number; attach tax clearance as required.
• Submit a B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate (SANAS- or accounting officer–based) to qualify for preference points.
• Complete and sign required MBD forms (e.g., MBD 4 Declaration of Interest; MBD 6.1 B-BBEE status; MBD 8 Past SCM practices; MBD 9 Independent Bid Determination) and provide company details.
• Complete Local Content Declaration for designated sector; for Office Furniture with minimum threshold of 85%; CFO or authorised signatory to sign; declare local/imported content using SATS 1286:2011.
• Confirm compliance with anti-corruption and state‑related restrictions (not in service of the state, not on restricted supplier lists, etc.).
