Appointment of a service provider for the replacement and mechanical repairs and maintenance to small plant and equipment (e.g., lawn mowers, brush cutters, wheeteaters, jackhammers, etc.) for a period of 1 year. Bidders with equipment maintenance capabilities, workshop/field service capacity, and technician certifications should consider bidding.

Requirements

• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); if not registered, register online at www.csd.gov.za.
• Evaluation will use the 80/20 Preferential Points System (PPFA 2022) per the Municipality SCM Policy; BBBEE 10 points; locality points: Oudtshoorn 10; Eden District 5; Western Cape 2; outside WC 0.
• No bids from persons in the service of the State.
• Quotations must be completed on original documents and remain valid for 90 days after closing.
