Overview

RE-ADVERTISEMENT: Appoint a contractor to repair the Bon Accord Quarry Crusher and Asphalt Plants. The work targets maintenance and repair of quarry/crusher and associated plant equipment; suitable for suppliers with CIDB 3ME or higher, registered on CSD, and compliant with SA tax and supplier requirements. Requirements

• CIDB Grading of 3ME or higher (valid certificate)
• Prior experience: at least two signed reference letters for similar repair works
• Tax and supplier registrations: Tax compliance PIN or SARS TCS; CSD registration; municipal rates/taxes up to date for bidder and SA-based owners
• Duly signed MBD forms (MBD 1, 4, 5, 8, 9) with authorized signatory
• Financials: Audited financial statements for the most recent 3 years (or proof not required if applicable) for tenders above R10m
• Returnable documents, including BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; CIDB/BBEE documentation; CSD summary
• JV if applicable: JV agreement signed by all parties
• Pricing: Pricing schedule fully filled; no corrections with Tippex or uninitialed changes
