Appointment of a service provider for the impounding of nuisance animals within the City of Tshwane for a period not exceeding 31 December 2026. Requirements

• Category B service: single provider for impounding nuisance animals; exclude aggressive animals.

• Evaluation: four stages (Administrative, Mandatory, Site Inspection, Preferential Points); 80/20 price vs. specific goals; BBBEE requirements (Level 1–8, EMEs/QSEs, or sworn affidavits).
