Overview

Procurement of a service provider to offer professional and technical training for Group Audit and Risk (Information Technology Auditors and Risk Practitioners) based on pre-selected training courses for the coming 12 months, aligned to the Work Skills Plan. Bidders should be training providers with IT audit/risk expertise, CPD track records, ISACA/IRMSA/IIA-aligned credentials, and capacity to deliver online, on-site, or hybrid training. Responses must be via the online Ariba platform by 24 September 2026 10:00; a compulsory briefing is on 17 September 2026.

Requirements

• Compulsory registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and tax/compliance status (PIN/TCS) evidence; municipal rates/account evidence.
• Duly signed MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD5, MBD8, MBD9) or delegated authority if not signing personally.
• Demonstrated experience with relevant trainings; minimum three contactable reference letters on company letterhead.
• CVs and qualifications for training team; SAQA verification for non-South African qualifications; maximum 5 years training experience per trainer.
• Current membership in good standing with IRMSA, IIA, BCI, or equivalent; SETA accreditation; ETQA assessor/moderator where applicable.
• Confirmation whether training material is ISACA-endorsed/certified (IT) or SAQA/SETAs (Risk); provide CPD points, days, and certificate issuance.
• Pricing schedule complete (all items) and VAT inclusive; provide vendor number; no correction fluids on pricing; attestation of accuracy.
• Attendance at compulsory briefing session.
