Overview

The City of Tshwane intends to appoint a service provider to deliver professional and technical training for Group Audit and Risk (Information Technology Auditors and Risk Practitioners) based on pre-selected training courses for the coming 12 months. Bids are for IT and Risk training across online and in-person formats, with CPD points, training materials, certificates, and delivery via workshops, case studies, and interactive sessions. Compulsory briefing and online submission via Ariba are required (see attached documents for details).

Requirements

• Valid CSD registration and SARS Tax Compliance status (PIN) and up-to-date municipal rates; all owners/directors must be compliant.
• Completion and signing of mandatory MBD forms (at least MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1; others as applicable) with authorized signatories.
• Demonstrated experience with relevant training services; minimum three contactable reference letters; CVs and qualifications of training team; ISACA/IRMSA/SAQA equivalents; CPD points; ETQA assessor/moderator accreditation.
• Evidence of accredited training materials (ISACA/IIA/IRMSA etc.), current professional memberships (IIA, IRMSA, BCI, etc.), SETA accreditation, and capacity to provide CPD certificates.
• Pricing schedule fully completed for both categories (IT and Risk) with no corrections fluid; vendor numbers for City of Tshwane if applicable.
• Attend compulsory briefing session; complete and submit market-related documentation, including market analysis provisions if invoked.
• Documentation in the bid must be complete, black ink only, and free of uninitialised corrections.

How to Apply

• Briefing session: Mandatory on 27 August 2026 at 10:00, 3rd floor west wing, Risk division, Sammy Marks Building.
• Submission: Respond via the online platform (Ariba) by 3 September 2026 at 10:00; do not deposit in tender boxes.
• Documents to submit: Complete MBD forms (1, 4, 6.1, etc.), pricing schedules (Category A IT and Category B Risk), CSD summary or PIN, Tax Clearance, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, company registration, audited financials (last 3 years or applicable proof), CVs and qualifications, reference letters, and any required ETQA registrations.
