APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO OFFER PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL TRAINING FOR GROUP AUDIT AND RISK (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AUDITORS AND RISK PRACTITIONERS) BASED ON PRE-SELECTED TRAINING COURSES FOR THE COMING 12 MONTHS AS ALIGNED TO THE WORK SKILLS PLAN

Overview

Appointment of a service provider to deliver professional and technical training for City of Tshwane Group Audit and Risk (Information Technology Auditors and Risk Practitioners) based on pre-selected training courses for the coming 12 months aligned to the Work Skills Plan. Bidders should be providers of training services with CPD-capable delivery, ISACA/IRMSA/ETQA credentials, and experience delivering IT audit and risk training with relevant certificates.

Requirements

• Demonstrated training experience; at least three contactable reference letters on client letterhead.
• Training material certified/endorsed for IT (ISACA) and risk (IRMSA/IIA/IRMSA) with CVs showing qualified staff; SAQA verification for non-SA qualifications; max 5 years training experience per trainer.
• Current membership in good standing of ISACA/IIA/IRMSA/BCI; SETA accreditation; ETQA assessor and moderator registrations.
• Accreditation/CPD points, training materials, attendance registers, certificates of completion, manuals, slides; cost outline; VAT-inclusive pricing; vendor City of Tshwane vendor number.
• Administrative/compliance paperwork: tax PIN/CSD, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, municipal rates not in arrears, audited financial statements (or proof of exemption for small firms).
• Preference points: BB-BEE level, EMEs/QSEs, women/ disability/ youth ownership, local participation; proof required.
