Appointment of a panel of service providers for supply and delivery of inventory items for a period of 12 months. • All attached MBD forms (A–F) and annexures must be completed, signed, and pages initialed; no retyping; JV lead must hold ≥51%.
• Tax and registration: provide Tax Compliance Status or SARS PIN; if applicable, CSD number; foreign suppliers complete Part B; CVs/IDs for directors; Power of Attorney if required.
• Financial: provide proof of credit facility or bank guarantee ≥R50,000.
• Local preference: 20 points for being located within Fetakgomo Tubatse; proof via CK or municipal rates.
• Deliverables and QA: items must meet specifications; OEM printer cartridges required.
