Re-advertisement for a Service Provider to provide Local Tourism Organisation (LTO) functions in terms of Destination Marketing, Destination Management and Destination Development for a period ending 30 June 2029. Bidders with experience in tourism destination development, marketing and management, BBBEE compliance, and local procurement, who can operate within Bitou Municipality’s LTO framework, should consider bidding.

Requirements

• Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Demonstrated experience and qualifications of the organisation in LTO functions.
• Compliance with the Bitou Preferential Procurement Policy (80/20; 80% price, 20% specific goals) including:
  • BBBEE Status Level contributor
  • Promotion of Local Area Enterprises
  • Local content/sub-contracting and local suppliers targets
• Mandatory briefing session attendance.
