RE-ADVERTISEMENT: INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, MONITORING, AND RESPONSE OF SECURITY ALARMS, SURVEILLANCE, AND VISIBILITY SYSTEMS FOR A PERIOD ENDING 30 JUNE 2029. Bitou Municipality invites tenders from suppliers in the security systems sector with installation, maintenance, monitoring and rapid response capabilities to service the contracted period.

Requirements

• Register on the Municipality’s Accredited Supplier Database (CSD) if not already registered.
• Complete and submit Tender Documents issued by the Municipality; place in a sealed envelope and deposit in the Tender Box.
• Evaluation uses a 80/20 Preferential Procurement framework: Price 80; BBBEE status level contributor 10; Promotion of Local Area Enterprises 10.
• Site meeting is compulsory: 13 July 2026, 10:00 at Kwanokuthula Community Hall.
• Tender validity period: 120 days.
• Documents available electronically free of charge; printed copies available for a non-refundable fee (R144.90).

• Submission deadline: 07 August 2026 at 12:00; tenders opened publicly after closing.
• Submission method: sealed Tender Documents placed in the Tender Box at the Bitou Municipality SCM Unit (Shop 59, 2nd Floor, Melville’s Corner).
• Documents to complete: use the Municipality-issued Tender Documentation (no alternate forms).
• Pre-qualifications/registrations: register on CSD if not already; payment reference for printed documents uses the Quotation Number and payee name.
