Re-Advertisement for the supply and delivery of Emergency and Disaster Human Settlements Materials for a period ending 30 June 2029. Bitou Municipality invites bids for the supply and delivery of emergency housing materials, with evaluation and award governed by the municipality’s Preferential Procurement Policy 2022. Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).

Maximum submission envelope size per submission: 4.5 cm width × 31.5 cm length.
• Bidders must submit only on Tender documentation issued by the Municipality.
• Evaluation criteria: Price (80 points), BBBEE status level (10), Locality (10); overall 100 points; Preferential Procurement Policy 2022, 80/20 split.
• CIDB registration: Not applicable.
• Functionality points awarded for tenderer and personnel prior work experience in Supply and Delivery of Emergency Housing Materials.
• Site briefing: Compulsory site meeting at Planning Boardroom, Melville’s Corner, Shop 50, Plettenberg Bay, 17 July 2026 at 10:00 (arrivals after 10:05 not admitted).
• Bid validity period: 120 days.
