Overview

Re-advertisement to lease corporate office space for NYDA Dr RS Mompati Branch for seven years (RFP2026/04/NYDA). Requirements

• Minimum 350–450 m² in Vryburg CBD; on-site open plan with designated areas (boardroom, training room, etc.).
• Landlord to fund full Tenant Installation (TI) fit-out, including ICT, partitions, finishes, security, and related works; TI cost included in bid price.
• Glass partitioning per layout; minimum 10 secured parking bays (2 disabled).
• Full professional team (Architecture, PM, Contractor, Electrician, Plumber) and CVs; proof of qualifications.
• Compliance certificates prior to occupation (Electrical CoC, Plumbing, Mechanical, Fire, Glazing, HVAC, etc.); pre-occupation snagging by NYDA; occupancy only after sign-off.
• Landlord/bidder must provide floor plans, floor layout, and TI proposals for NYDA approval.
• Returnable docs: CSD registration, BBBEE certificate/affidavit, SARS TCS PIN, SBD forms, and pricing schedule.
• Site inspections and price/goal evaluation; 3-stage process including administrative compliance and site checks.
