Overview

RFQ for SECURITY EQUIPMENT to be supplied to Prison Headquarters (Malawi) by suppliers registered in Malawi. This RFQ covers security gear including rechargeable shock sticks, holsters, stab-proof vests, gloves, leg/arm pads, universal oil, cleaning cloth, and VHF radios, with quantities shown in Section C of the attached RFQ. Bidders must be Malawi-registered and comply with PPDA/LPO procedures, including valid VAT registration, withholding tax exemption certificate, tax clearance certificate, business registration, and evidence of recent government contracts. Delivery term is 7 days from order, using EXW to Prison Headquarters or CIP to the Prisons. Quotations must be valid 30 days; warranty is 12 months. Awards go to the lowest responsive quotation by item or total.
