RE-ADVERTISEMENT SUPPLY AND DELIVER POLYSHELL CHAIRS FOR COMMUNTY HALLS

Overview

Supply and delivery of 1000 polyshell chairs for community halls to Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality. The RFQ targets accredited furniture/supply-chain providers who can deliver UV-stabilized polypropylene chairs (outdoor use), stackable 10–20 high, 120 kg capacity, lightweight (1.5–3 kg). Bidders must be registered in the Central Supplier Database (CSD), have a SARS Tax Compliance Status, provide CK registration, certified directors’ IDs, and where applicable a JV agreement. B-BBEE and local-content requirements apply under PPPFA 80/20.

Requirements

• Copy of company CK and CSD registration
• SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or tax clearance
• Certified copies of directors’ IDs (valid within 3 months)
• JV agreement (if applicable) and completion of official tender forms
• Company profile, B-BBEE certificate, and Local Content Declarations (Annex C-D-E SATS 1286:2011)
• Pricing schedule with VAT included; contract to be awarded per PPPFA rules

How to Apply

• Deadline: 02 November 2026, 12:00; late bids not accepted. Bids must be deposited in the Bid Box at Budget and Treasury Office, 25-27 Owen Street, Queenstown, or submitted online where permitted (RFQ39/05/2026).
• Documents to submit (on official forms or online): Form of Bid and all MBD forms (MBD1–MBD9), Declaration of Interest, Local Content declarations, and JV documentation if applicable.
• Required registrations/pre-qualifications: CK, CSD, SARS TCS PIN or Tax Clearance, municipal rates/service account, VAT number if applicable.

• Note: site inspections not formal; bids must be complete and signed; no substitutions or late submissions.
