Requirements

• Valid registration with the South African Council for the Valuers Profession.
• Latest full CSD report (not older than 3 months).
• Municipal rates and taxes clearance certificate (not older than 3 months); if property is leased, provide lease agreement.
• Tax compliance status (TCS PIN or SARS tax clearance certificate).
• Fully completed and signed MBD 1-9.
• Vat registration number (if applicable) and related tax/compliance documentation.
• Evidence of local footprint for specific goals (CSD/rate clearance/proof of residence) for preference points.
