Overview

Re-issue appointment of a service provider to provide accredited drone pilot training for three SAST employees, with training aligned to SACAA requirements (ATO or declared SACAA training organization).

Requirements

• Accredited drone pilot training provider (ATO or SACAA-declared training organization) and proven ability to deliver the course content.
• Two contactable reference letters for similar drone pilot training within the last 5 years.
• CVs and pilot training certificates for proposed instructors/facilitators.
• Valid accreditation certificate authorizing drone pilot training.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or SARS Tax PIN; proof of tax compliance.
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; certified share certificates if points are claimed.
• GCC pages initialed; POPIA consent form completed.
• Identify and provide all IDs for directors listed on company registration.
• Compliance with SAST Phase 1 SCM requirements (CSD, SBDs, etc.) and Phase 2 mandatory criteria.
• Price proposal aligned with the pricing schedule (see attached) and include official company quote.

(Notes: Course content includes Air Law, Principles of Flight, Flight Planning, Human Performance, Meteorology, Navigation, Radio License, and SACAA accreditation; training to include breakfast and lunch. See Terms of Reference and attached RFQ documents.)

• Documents to submit (see attached): SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 (if claiming points), CSD number, SARS TCS PIN or printed TCS certificate, CIPC docs, ID copies, B-BBEE documentation, POPIA consent, GCC signed.
• Site visits or clarifications may be requested; bid validity of 120 days.
• Pricing schedule and official quote must be on company letterhead.
