Overview

Procurement of plant Hire for Ward 9 internal roads. This tender invites RSA-based plant-hire providers with relevant equipment and compliance credentials to bid (80/20 evaluation; 90-day bid validity).

Requirements

• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/Tax Clearance (TCS) and original certificate; e-Filing optional.
• CSD: provide CSD number (or equivalent) and latest CSD report.
• B-BBEE: submit B-BBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs).
• Documentation: fully completed bid documents including MBD 1–9; Authority to Sign; MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 7.2, MBD 8, MBD 9.
• Proofs for specific goals: locality proof, CSD/rate clearance, proof of residence, and if applicable, youth-owned/black-owned status.
• COIDA: COIDA Letter of Good Standing.
• Joint ventures/consortia: signed agreements and separate TCS/CSD documentation for each party.
• Past experience: details of similar projects with references.
