Overview

Sakhisizwe Local Municipality seeks the supply and delivery of heavy-duty black refuse bags (200 bale bags per quarter) with up to four deliveries per contract year. Requirements

• Tax compliance verification (PIN/TCS status) and, for foreign bidders, Part B inputs.
• B-BBEE verification (MBD 6.1) or sworn affidavit; proof for specific-goal points.
• Locality proof within Sakhisizwe/Chrishani/Eastern Cape as applicable.
• Quality: new, defect-free bags; tear- and leak-resistant; 35 microns minimum; 200 bale bags per quarter; four quarterly deliveries.
• Compliance with GCC and tender conditions; inspections on delivery; penalties for non-delivery.
