Overview

Leasing and management of advertising media spaces at Wilson Airport. Kenya Airports Authority invites an open tender to lease space and manage advertising media at Wilson Airport, with online submission via the eProcurement portal. Requirements

• Tender security of Kshs 300,000, valid for 216 days from tender opening/closing (as per tender document).
• Eligibility and qualifications demonstrated via Form of Tender, price schedules, and supporting documents; JV arrangements if applicable; Owner's authorization for lease items not owned by the tenderer.
• Pre-bid/site visit on 15/10/2026 at 10:00 at Wilson Airport.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security, JV Agreement (or LOI), Owner Authorization (if applicable), and evidence of eligibility and conformity to Schedule of Requirements.
• Submission: online via the eProcurement system by 22 Oct 2026 (times in the tender document; see attached) with a requirement to serialize pages and submit attachments via the login portal. If not in the KAA system, obtain login credentials through tenders@kaa.go.ke at least three days before closing.
• Clarifications and addenda follow ITT procedures, with documents available from www.kaa.go.ke or the supplier login (filename: RE-TENDER FOR DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF ADVERTISEMENT MEDIA AT WILSON AIRPORT.pdf).

How to Apply
