Overview

Re-Tender for Development and Management of Fuel Service Station and Associated Retail Activities at Boma Airstrip. Kenya Airports Authority invites aviation fuel companies operating in Kenya to bid to lease and develop the fuel service station and related retail components at Boma Airstrip, including the associated lease items and services.

Requirements

• Compliance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015; anti-corruption declarations; not debarred; Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Eligibility and integrity: no conflict of interest; ability to form/participate in a joint venture; limit on JV members as per TDS; ability for audits of accounts if requested.
• Specific eligibility: tax clearance; no involvement in corrupt, coercive, obstructive, collusive, or fraudulent practices; respect for national preferences and anti-competition provisions; sanctions/ownership disclosures as applicable.
• Lease items and conformity: origin declarations; conformity to technical specifications; list of spare parts and sources; compliance with Schedule of Requirements and environmental safeguards.
• Tender security: either a Tender Security (amounts per TDS) or Tender Securing Declaration; tender documents to be serialized.
• Site visit: Pre-Bid/site visit required (11 June 2026 at Eldoret BOMA AIRSTRIP).
