Overview

The NG-CDF MVITA invites bids for the installation of a 0.75KW grid-tied solar PV system (200W panels, 1PH sunverter, DSD 3/13 pump) with mounting, cabling and fittings to 8 named schools in Mvita Constituency. Open tender; NCA 8 or above eligibility; includes required documentation, and a 120-day price validity.

Requirements

• Mandatory documents: Certificate of Incorporation; valid NCA 8 (or higher) license; PIN/VAT certificate; Tax clearance; CR12 (last 9 months); IDs of directors; single business permit; signed tender/quotation forms; Disclosure of Interest; Certificate of Independent Quotation Determination; Self-Declaration; AGPO certificate (if applicable); serialization.
• Other: evidence of similar past work; CVs for key personnel; proof of financial capacity; no canvassing; detailed evaluation criteria in the tender documents.
• Additional scope: eight schools listed in the attached list.
• Evaluation framework (summary): eligibility checks, technical conformity, and financial comparison, with the lowest evaluated quotation recommended for award. PPRA levy applies.
