Overview

Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality seeks quotes for an in-house in Advanced Microsoft Excel training for Internal Audit and Risk Management staff, to be delivered by Accredited Service Providers. Bidders should be able to demonstrate a proven track record in intermediate-to-advanced Excel training, with capability to run in-house sessions and provide course materials, assessments, and qualified trainers (preferably SETA-accredited). The training targets a specific internal team listed in the Terms of Reference.

Requirements

• Company registration documents (CK) and proof of CSD registration.
• SARS Tax Compliance Status pin or equivalent; proof may be required.
• Certified IDs for directors (valid within 3 months).
• JV/consortium agreements if applicable.
• Complete tender forms (Form of Offer, declaration of interest) and all bid documents signed.
• Up-to-date municipal rates/service accounts, lease, or SAPS affidavit as applicable (not older than 3 months).
• Company profile with proven training experience in Excel, plus references.
• SETA/MICT accreditation for Excel/End-User Computing, plus pre-/post-assessment tools (if applicable).
• BBBEE status/verification certificate or sworn affidavit; local content declarations where applicable.
• Bid validity: 90 days; prices inclusive of VAT; no price adjustments during contract.
• Bidders must not engage in misrepresentation or non-compliant alterations (no tipex; any price changes must be signed).
• Evaluation follows PPPFA 80/20 (Price 80, BBBEE 10, Specific Goals 10); Stage 1 compliance, Stage 2 functionality (min 60/100), Stage 3 price/locality/BBBEE.
